Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their agents can submit a takedown notice to us through our listed DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To submit an infringement claim, specific information must be provided.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

1. An authorized signature of the copyright owner or their representative;
2. Detail of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed;
3. Identification of the infringing material and its location;
4. Contact information of the complaining party;
5. A statement confirming the unauthorized use of the material;
6. A statement verifying the accuracy of the information provided.

Section 512(f) of Title 17 provides penalties for misrepresenting information in a notification of infringement under 512(c)(3).

It should be noted that we may share the identity of the complaining party with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree to this.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you wish to counter a takedown notice, you must provide a written notification to our DMCA agent with certain information as required by Section 512(g)(3).

1. Your signature;
2. Description of the material taken down and its original location;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury confirming belief that the takedown was a mistake;
4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy for repeat infringers and will terminate accounts of those who violate copyright laws multiple times.
